Horizontal services are value-added support services provided through in-depth information to any business or potential entrepreneur and generally any interested party addressed to the Enterprise Support Mechanism of the JTD regions.

Horizontal business support services include the following:
• Reception and information of businesses and potential investors on the possibilities of support from the Enterprise Support Mechanism of the Regional Units of Western Macedonia and Peloponnese
• Provision of briefing/information and tools for business development
• Provision of briefing/information regarding entrepreneurship support actions, available business or investment financing tools, such as:
• Provision of information material from studies-researches carried out in the framework of the Enterprise Support Mechanism
• Provision of briefings / information on networking and cooperation actions with domestic and/or foreign enterprises
• Design and organisation of informative programmes and seminars for enterprises in the JTD regions
