1How can I create an account in the Enterprise Support Mechanism for the Just Transition Development?
-> Go to /appform
-> Click on the Register/Login option in the top right corner of the home page, under User Services.
-> Fill in your details (First Name, Last Name, Company, Email) and create a personal password.
-> Click Register.
-> To complete the process, go to your email and open the message sent to you by the portal.
-> Click on the verification link to confirm your registration.
-> Once your email address is verified, you can proceed to edit your account in the Support Mechanism.
2Can anyone register on the website?
Any business can register on the site and apply for support from the Enterprise Support Mechanism for the Just Transition Development
3How do I log in to the system to start the application?
To get started, log in with the email and personal password you provided during registration.
4What information do I need to fill in section 1 (Business Identity)?
What information do I need to fill in section 1 (Business Identity)?

• VAT NUMBER
• Company name
• Year of establishment
• Tax office
• City
• Street-Number
• POSTAL CODE
• Contact number
• Email
• Website
• Company representative
• Position in the company
• Legal form
• ACN
• Size of company
• Region, Regional unit

Don't forget to select Temporary save to save the data you have filled in up to that point and not lose it. Then select Next to proceed.
5What information do I need to fill in section 2 (Basic Business Metrics)?
In section 2, you will need to enter the following data about your business:

• Number of employees (in annual work units)
• Turnover
• Profit before tax

These data will be requested for the years 2021 - 2024
As in the previous section, don't forget to select Temporary save to save the data and continue by selecting Next.
6What do I need to declare in section 3 (Previous Aid)?
In section 3, you will need to declare the de minimis aid (DE MINIMIS) that your business has received in the current financial year and the two previous years.
As before, select Temporary save and then click Next.
7Which services should I select in section 4 (Requested Services)?
In section 4, you will need to select the Mechanism services you wish to use, such as:

• Needs Diagnostic
• Strategic - business plan development services
• Strategic and strategic business plan evaluation services
• Market study development services
• Marketing Plan development services
• Development services of reorganization and improvement proposals
• Extroversion plan development services and guidance
• Networking support and partnership development

The Needs Diagnostic is mandatory for all enterprises supported through the Mechanism.
Select Temporary save and click Next.
8What are the objectives of the support and the expected outcomes that I need to state in section 5?
In section 5, you should select your business objective from the following options or state your own objectives

• Stimulate the competitiveness of the business
• Increase in turnover / market share
• Increase in exports
• Reduction of operating costs / savings
• Financial restructuring
• Strengthening extroversion

As before, select Temporary save and click Next.
9Do I need to accept conditions in section 6 (Declarations) to proceed to final submission?
Yes, in section 6 you must click on the boxes on the left side of the screen to accept the conditions.
Then select Submit.
10How is the application process completed?
Once you have completed the process of entering all the information, click Submit and your application will be finally submitted.
11Is it possible to save my application temporarily and continue it later, or do I have to complete it in one session? If saving is possible, what is the procedure for returning and completing it later?
Yes, it is possible to temporarily save your application and resume it later.
To do this, simply click on the Temporarily save option and keep the account code that was created.
You can come back whenever you wish and complete your application from where you left it.
12Will I be able to follow the progress of my application and know the status of its implementation?
Yes, you will be able to track the progress of your application through your account by selecting the summary view.
Through this, you will be able to see the current status of your application and be informed of the steps that have been completed, as well as the next stages of the process. This will allow you to have a complete overview of the progress of your application at any given time. The steps to implement the application are as follows:

o Processing by the beneficiary
o Final submission
o Approval
o Implementation of diagnostics
o Needs report
o Implementation of services
o Receipt of services
13Will I need to download a form and upload it again through the application?
Yes, you will need to download the relevant forms from the system, print them out, fill them in and once signed, then upload them as an attachment to your application. This step is necessary to complete the process.
The forms are as follows:
o A declaration stating the amount of aid
o A declaration of SME Status
o Application form (as submitted online)
o Certificates of service provision
